There is no Justice, just us against them.

Justice in this country is like a mirage to the Black Citizens of this country. Meaning it is something that we believe in but hardly get to see or feel it. Examples have been made repeatedly to prove my points. Through His-Story the scales of Justice have weighed heavily on the side of White Supremacy. Which leads me to believe that the lady of Justice is only blind to the crimes committed against Black people in this country. Many Black people will continue to believe and trust in a system that never had intentions to or ever will believe in them, but I am not one of those Black people.

Has Justice in this country ever been on an equal scale between Blacks and Whites?

It seems that since The Judiciary Act of 1789 the Black Citizens of this country have never truly seen Justice, or rather we never had a fair chance at it. Soon after the establishment of the court systems in this country we the Black Citizens in this country have been dealt a bad hand. Starting as early as 1857 in the notorious Dred Scott V. Sanford Where the court basically ruled that congress could not outlaw Slavery in any state in the country. Soon after this decision which eventually led to the Civil War in 1861 between the Northern and Southern States over Slavery in the U.S. Even after the Emancipation Proclamation in 1863 Black Citizens still could not depend on Justice to be on our side. The courts of this country would still prove that they believed Blacks in this country were supposed to be the lower caste race in this country with the passing of Plessy V. Ferguson.

Justice has never been equal for the Black Citizens of this country.

The Courts of this country have been biased towards Blacks in this country from the beginning of its existence, and still shows signs of this today in many recent high-profile cases.

The Court systems in this country continue to deny Blacks an equal chance at Justice.

Repeatedly we can find proof of this country and their turning of a blind eye when it comes to seeking Justice for those Black citizens in this country. Recently we had all unfortunately had to hear or see the 10 Black people that were murdered while they were grocery shopping in Buffalo, NY. Law agencies in NY reported that this white supremacist drove over two hours to kill as many Black people as he could. This beast carried out this premeditated plan and recorded it as well as published a 180-page piece of white supremacist hate speech that called on other white people to follow in his footsteps, yet the media called this a manifesto. Where is the Justice for the families of these victims? and why should a system take so long to convict a person that obviously wrote and planned on doing exactly as he did.

The media is a weapon of this country that is used to bias and propagandize the public against Black people that want to fight back against a system that constantly denies them Justice in any way. Christopher Dorner for example was vilified and denied a chance at true justice because of who he was and what he was going against. Justice was denied to this Man because of his skin color and the fact that he went against the Blue Line and wanted to be a good police officer. The media never mentioned the fact that Dorner reported Teresa Evans, an officer of the LAPD for use of excessive force, or the retaliation that he was receiving for going against the grain from other officers in the LAPD. Media’s intentional vilifying of Dorner’s Manifesto when in it he clearly tells us those who care the reasons that he did it to clear his name and most importantly to take Justice in his own hands because he knew that he would not receive any from the country that he did so much for.

The laws in this country or the Courts have not changed at all when it comes to giving Justice to Black Citizens.

Has Justice in this country ever been on an equal scale between Blacks and Whites?

1. From the start of the Judiciary Act of 1789 the courts wasted no time with the Dred Scott case in trying to establish a permanent lower class for Blacks.

2. Peyton Gendron’s premeditated plan to kill as many Black people as possible and how the media and courts sympathize as if he is a victim.

3. Media’s international campaign to vilify and destroy Christopher Dorner’s name, to purposefully paint him as guilty to the public therefore denying him a fair chance at Justice.

When I think of Justice it reminds me of a Fairy Tale, something that doesn’t exist. Being a Black and having multiple felonies myself I have had my encounters with the lady of Justice, and I feel that she is only Blind to the crimes of white people in this country. Black people Men and Women are many of the inmates in jails and prisons all over this country. Most ivy league bookworms that have never been on those side of the tracks but may have read some badass Ralph Ellison books can now deem themselves’ experts of our culture and get paid to stiffly sit on media shows and lie to say that there is no plan for Justice to fill prisons with Just us. There seems to be no hurry from those that are in the positions of power to make Justice work for Black Citizens in this country. Instead, they would just rather chant Black Lives Matter at the next politrikcians rally to dupe us out of votes once again with no tangible agreements that we can depend on or rely on.
